Best Buy Fitness BVBA gives a guarantee on (almost) all equipment The guarantee period depends on the brand and type of the machines and any promotions that apply to a particular machine.
The standard term is 1 year warranty on labor, parts and front driving. Best Buy Fitness has its own service department and manages all warranty cases in-house. This allows us to respond very quickly to a fault.
For warranty cases we use an exchange system. This means that if a machine shows a defect within the warranty period that cannot be remedied immediately on site, you will receive a free loan machine. Your defective machine will be repaired in our workshop in Kapellen. This means you never have to work without a machine for more than a day. This way you can satisfy all your customers.
